What the Banner Labor Warranty Covers

If a qualifying product is confirmed defective by the manufacturer:

  • Banner Plumbing will coordinate service.
  • Banner will hire and pay a qualified technician.
  • Labor costs for repair or replacement are covered.
  • Coverage applies for up to two years from the purchase date.
  • The product must still be within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

This warranty applies to eligible kitchen and bath fixtures purchased directly from Banner Plumbing.

Why Labor Coverage Matters

Plumbing labor costs can add up quickly.

Typical service costs may include:

  • Up to 1 hour: approximately $235
  • 90 minutes: approximately $335
  • 2 hours: approximately $435

Even when a manufacturer replaces a defective faucet, shower valve, or fixture component, homeowners are often responsible for the installation labor.

Banner’s Labor Warranty helps eliminate that expense when the issue qualifies.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for labor warranty coverage:

  • The product must be purchased from Banner Plumbing.
  • The product must be installed in a residential setting.
  • The manufacturer must determine the product is defective.
  • The manufacturer warranty must still be active.
  • The claim must be made within two years of the purchase date.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The Banner Labor Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Products outside the manufacturer’s warranty period.
  • Commercial or industrial applications.
  • Purchases made more than two years prior to the claim.
  • Products not purchased from Banner Plumbing.
  • Damage to the home or surrounding property.
  • Tile, drywall, paint, cabinetry, or other finish repairs required to access the fixture.

This warranty applies strictly to labor associated with qualifying defective fixtures.

How to File a Labor Warranty Claim

  1. Confirm the issue with the product manufacturer.
  2. Obtain confirmation that the product is defective and covered under their warranty.
  3. Contact Banner Plumbing with proof of purchase.
  4. Our team will coordinate the appropriate service technician if the claim qualifies.
