IRA BILOUS – SALES ASSOCIATE Ira is a showroom sales associate who specializes in helping customers select the perfect sink and faucet for their bath or kitchen. With a background in interior design she has a knack for envisioning a creative solution to a client’s needs while always keeping budget and personal tastes in mind. Ira can help our clients in English, Polish, Ukranian, & Russian.

JENNIFER BRUECK – CABINETRY DESIGNER Jennifer brings a wealth of kitchen design experience to Banner. Her unique ability to help customers achieve the kitchen of their dreams is enhanced by her technical knowledge of design software, and a complete understanding of what works best in spaces of all sizes and shapes.

JENNIFER BURKE – SALES ASSOCIATE Jennifer’s professional knowledge of design brings excitement to each project. She always strives to not just meet but to exceed expectations, blending function and creativity for her customers. Her friendly personality goes a long way in making the selection process a positive experience.

MICHELLE CASCO – KITCHEN CABINETRY SALES & SUPPORT Michelle, fluent in English and Spanish, gives assistance to our designers by attentively working on the details of cabinetry orders. She works with cabinet manufacturers to provide customers with approximate dates of arrival. Her previous design experience helps customers feel confident with their selections and designs for their dream space.

ELWIRA CZOCHANSKI – SALES ASSOCIATE Elwira’s sense of style and ability to make each client feel special are two of the reasons people love to work with her on any size project for their home, even if they only speak Polish or Russian. Her previous experience with stone and tile are an added benefit that she offers her customers.

KELLY FLOREK – RECEPTIONIST Kelly greets everyone with a smile, handling calls and paper work at the front desk effortlessly and efficiently to put Banner’s residential and commercial customers alike at ease.

BRIAN GILES – SALES ASSOCIATE Brian, fluent in English and Spanish, uses his knowledge of construction to design dream kitchens and baths with his customers by working with them to coordinate fixtures with the materials used in the build out.

CHIP GREENSPAN – RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE Chip is Banner’s problem solver when it comes to returns and customer service. His helpful demeanor allows clients to process exchanges and replacements smoothly.

MICHELLE HENDERSON – SALES ASSOCIATE Michelle is the designer of Banner’s original award-winning showroom who delights in taking customers through every detail necessary to create their special space. She does this in a simple yet thorough process from expectation to completion.

ALEXSA JAKIELA – SALES SUPPORT TEAM LEADER Alexsa is on hand to lend support, making certain that all transactions go smoothly after orders have been placed, sustaining the customer service that is synonymous with Banner. Her ability to multi-task while keeping a cool head make her a huge asset to the sales team

PATRYCJA (PJ) JELEN – SALES ASSOCIATE PJ, one of our bi-lingual designers – fluent in English and Polish, studied interior design with a flair for personalizing kitchens and baths in a way that you’ll love the look and the flawless functionality of the space.

ELLA JONSSON – OUTSIDE KITCHEN DESIGNER Ella’s experience in design and her pride in helping customers realize the overall vision of their space, ensure that each project has the best blend of materials, colors and trends to suit her clients. She has a keen ability to streamline the process, while making the best use of everyone’s time.

EDUARDO SAUCEDO – COUNTER/SALES ASSOCIATE Eduardo focuses on his customers; first learning their wishes and then educating them about the products and the availability that will suit their project to perfection.

KATELYN SHYMANIK – SALES SUPPORT Katelyn uses her management skills to keep track of order availability, lead times, and anticipated arrival dates. Her experience with industry manufacturers gives her the insight to help Banner’s sales associates guide customers through the selection process with realistic expectations.

ASHLEY SLIWA – SHOWROOM COORDINATOR Ashley sets the tone for our friendly, professionally staffed showroom – greeting guests with a smile and ensuring that each visit to Banner is meaningful and memorable. She keeps an eye on the details and makes sure that no one leaves the showroom unattended.

MARCUS VOLTZ – SALES MANAGER Marcus’ multiple management experiences have given him the vision to develop a showroom environment that inspires. He has assembled a diverse and talented team that strives to deliver great service with a personal touch.

PENNY WENNLUND – SALES SUPPORT Penny supports our sales staff by working behind the scenes to be certain that a customer’s experience is seamless from the time an order is placed until it’s delivered to your home.

Ishmael maintains what we believe to be one of the most immaculate showrooms in the industry. He is always wearing a smile as he updates displays with fresh products. Ish is our trusted “go to” on a daily basis.

Scott wears many hats at Banner, and he wears them all well. He manages Banner’s field visits to solve cabinetry door and drawer adjustment issues, he helps with showroom display installations, he’s a backup delivery driver, and much more!
